Office Cleaning
- The client shall not enter into a direct employment contract with the Nani staff assigned to clean your office.
- Any disciplinary issue involving the staff will be notified to the Nani office within 24 hrs in writing.
- The client shall provide a safe working environment for the staff.
- Office cleaning throughout the country is for cleaners who are working full time.
Home Cleaning
- We provide home cleaning services within Nairobi county.
- Home cleaning is available between 8.30am-5pm, and takes a maximum of two hours.
- Booking for cleaning is done 48 hours in advance. Home cleaning is done 48 hours after a booking has been paid for.
- Our prices are constant, inclusive or exclusive of cleaning materials.
- Service delivery is done upon booking completion via payment.
- A client may cancel or reschedule a cleaning visit by giving 24 hours advance notice.
- Penalties apply for cancellations.
- All fragile & highly breakable items should be secured or removed before our cleaning team arrives on site.
- The client will provide water & electricity at the premise for use.

Laundry
- We provide laundry services within Nairobi county.
- In case you select laundry services with home cleaning, we’ll pick up your laundry from your home at no extra cost for cleaning at our laundry stations.
- Our machines are capable of removing dirt and temporary stains.
- Clothes will be sorted according to colours and washed & charged per load.
- Bright coloured clothes will not be washed together with dark coloured clothes unless the client advises otherwise.
- Detergents, softeners and water are included in the pricing charges.

Labour Outsourcing
- Applications are processed within 48 hours of submission.
- An application fee of Kshs.2000 is applied to interview up to 2 workers
Cancellation Policy (Applies to Services Only)
- Cancellations are eligible for home cleaning, office cleaning, and laundry services only.
- Cancellations within 24 hrs to delivery are entitled to a 70% refund, and cancellations within 12 hrs to delivery are entitled to a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellation of less than 12 hrs to delivery.
