Terms & Conditions

• Applications are processed within 48 hours of submission.
• A non-refundable application fee of KES 2,000 is charged, which covers sourcing and arranging interviews for up to two (2) workers.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee immediate placement until the process is completed and a suitable candidate is selected.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

• The KES 2,000 application fee is non-refundable once the recruitment process has commenced.
• Clients are allowed a replacement period of up to 30 days from the date of placement to request a change of a domestic worker if they are not satisfied.
• Replacement requests must be reasonable and communicated promptly to allow for reassignment.

Cancelation:
Once a worker has been assigned or deployment arrangements made, cancellations may incur administrative costs.
