Booking Terms:

Please pay within 3 hours of your booking. If no payment is made within 3 hours, your booking will be cancelled.

Once you make your payment, you shall receive and email with the confirmed date and time of your service.

Laundry Service Terms and Policies

1. We provide laundry services within Nairobi county.

2. In case you select laundry services with home cleaning, we’ll pick up your laundry from your home at no extra cost for cleaning at our laundry stations.

3. Our machines are capable of removing dirt and temporary stains.

4. Clothes will be sorted according to colours and washed & charged per load.

5. Bright coloured clothes will not be washed together with dark coloured clothes unless the client advises otherwise.

6. Detergents, softeners and water are included in the pricing charges.

7. Our cancellation policy for a confirmed booking is communicated in writing. Please view our cancelation policy below.

Laundry services are only available within Nairobi county.

If you don't see a service yould like to receive as part of your or laundry, please contact us and shall respond within one business day.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation before redemption

Cancellations are eligible to office cleaning, and laundry services only. Cancellations within 24 hrs to delivery are entitled to a 70% refund, and cancellations within 12 hrs to delivery are entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellation of less than 12 hrs to delivery. Please email us to cancel or reschedule your service booking.
